Father,
Take the pain, take the burden
Help me to leave the stress behind
In my hurt, help me to be a light to the hurting
Bless me and comfort me in this bind
Aid me to make a decision for your glory
Guide me with your gentle touch

Proverbs 25:28

Proverbs 25:28 "Whoever has no rule over his own spirit
      Is like a city broken down, without walls.

So often we tend to just follow the world, do what they do, go with the flow. I'm sure you've heard of it, probably even done it. As believers the bible calls us to be a light in the midst of a dark world, to not be conformed to the world, and like this verse seems to be saying to build up walls around our spirit. Walls of faith! Don't let your spirit be conformed to the world! Build your walls of faith!
